Other Information
Minimum Stay: Avoca House has a minimum two night stay on weekends. One night weekend bookings welcome if last minute vacancies permit.
Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the total quoted cost of accommodation is required to secure a booking. Final balance due 48 hours before check-in date, payable by either Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds for Advanced Bookings and Special Event Weekends (eg. Concerts,Weddings, Public Holiday Long Weekends and Special Local Events):
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the intended booking date: 100% refund
- Cancellation less that 30 days, but more than 14 days: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 14 days: no refund.
Arrival / Departure Times: Check-in and check-out times are fairly flexible. Please let us know of your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
